They improve our quality of life, health, and communities.  But how do we create the kind of diverse and vibrant places we want when the "rules of development" -- zoning, financing, traffic -- seem to always make things worse?  The ICAA and UVU are teaming up to provide answers in a public workshop in Murray, Utah
